Player to Coach Ratio: Max 8 players to 1 Coaches across 2 courts
This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by introducing the basic techniques for rallying from the back of the court with forehand/backhand fundamentals.
We will also cover net play by learning how to hit volleys and learn how to start a point with a serve.
You will put all these skills into practice by also starting to play games and mini-matches. In the final week we will cover doubles rules and matchplay.
