Come and join our advanced 1.5 hour adult training squad. This course is for players that can rally consistently with topsin and are looking to improve via using advanced modern swing techniques.
The course also covers more advanced net play by learning how/when/where to hit approach shots and volleys effectively.
We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently. Put all these skills together in the final week as we help you to understand how to play doubles/singles using advanced strategy and court positioning more confidently.
