Tuesday Adult Improvers (6 weeks). Southfields

This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by introducing a more advanced swing that allows you to hit with more spin, and become more consistent by applying forehand/backhand fundamentals.

We will also cover net play by learning how/when/where to hit approach shots and volleys.

We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently.

You will put all these skills into practice by also starting to play modified games and points. In the final week we will cover doubles rules and matchplay.
