Rosendale (West Dulwich) Saturday Orange/Green Club (9-12 years)

Mini Orange/Green (8-11yrs). Lifetime Tennis Mini Orange Program is delivered on a 3/4 Orange courts and full court, Low pressure Orange and Green balls and modified shorter rackets are also used to help develop the players using the Orange and Green system. We look to develop tennis technique for all base strokes such as, forehand, backhand, volley and serve, and some basic tactical preparation is also introduced. Tennis specific physical exercises are incorporated into the program to start to meet the physical demands of tennis. Players are also strongly encouraged to learn through gaining success using their own understanding of relevant exercises. Tactical components and competition are also introduced appropriate for each level of player.

*Please Note: When players progress to a matchplay level, they will automatically become FREE British Tennis member with our LTA affiliated club. Benefits include entry into the Wimbledon ticket ballot and junior players are eligible when at the appropriate level to gain a British Tennis rating as part of the competition element of their classes.
