Monday Adult Advanced | Clapham | Term 5 (6 weeks)

This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by developing advanced swing shapes that allows you to hit with more spin, and become more consistent by applying forehand/backhand fundamentals.

We will also cover net play by learning how/when/where to hit approach shots and volleys.

We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently. Put all these skills together in the final week as we help you to understand how to play doubles/singles using advanced strategy and court positioning more confidently.
