This class aims to help participants develop the fundamental stroke technique needed for children to become competent at rallying and playing matches.
We cover each of the major shots and develop core tennis skills such agility balance and coordination to help players progress rapidly.
The end goal is to help each player learn to play in a games based environment so that they can attain a level that enables them to enjoy playing matches.
