Adult Intensive Weekend (Saturday) – Beginner to Improver Level (3 hours). Clapham | 6 November, 12:30pm-3:30pm

Our Adult Beginners to Improvers Course give you a comprehensive introduction to tennis and is great for players that have completed some beginner courses already (or have gained some playing experience) and are ready to progress onto the next level of achieving rallying proficiency. We will take you through the basic swing shapes for each tennis shot (Forehands, Backhands, Volleys, Smashes and Serves).

We will also learn the fundamentals of sending and receiving in order to maintain a rally. And finally we will learn how to score by putting it all together with fun modified games and matches.

Each week we cover a specific shot and build your game up steadily. As your confidence grows then our coaches also continue to provide specific individual feedback for each player so that they can progress forward at their own pace.
