Combining Shots and Gameplay (Week 5) in our Adult program sessions is where we look to start to put everything together. We also place a large emphasis on remembering to try to apply good technique when playing in a variety of gameplay situations.
Combining consistent groundstrokes at the back of the court with a consistent serve and good confidence at net is what the game is all about. We will be doing a bunch of drills that allow you to start to put the different shots together confidently.
We also will concentrate on making sure everyone understands the different roles each player has on the court in a doubles match.
We are looking to build everyones games up to the highest level ready for a matchplay tournament in the final session next week.
