Tuesday Adult Beginner Taster Session | Barnes (Barn Elms S.C.)| Term 3 (4 weeks)

This taster session will allow you to try out one of our popular Beginner tennis classes. Lifetime Tennis have been running these classes for over 10 years across London and we have developed a great learning system for getting people playing tennis quickly with good technique. We hope you can make this class and take the first step on the tennis journey.

Our Adult Beginners Course give you a comprehensive introduction to tennis. We will take you through the basic swing shapes for each tennis shot (Forehands, Backhands, Volleys, Smashes and Serves).

We will also learn the fundamentals of sending and receiving in order to maintain a rally. And finally we will learn how to score by putting it all together with fun modified games and matches.

Each week we cover a specific shot and build your game up steadily. As your confidence grows then our coaches also continue to provide specific individual feedback for each player so that they can progress forward at their own pace.
