This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by developing advanced swing shapes that allows you to hit with more spin, and become more consistent by covering more advanced footwork and balance skills.

We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently. In the final 45 minutes we put these  skills together together using intermediate/advanced gameplay scenarios.
