Learn to maintain correct racket position in front and high above the hand before and after impact.
Use new footwork techniques for responding to offensive and defensive situations.
Understand how / when to make a successful transition from the back of the court to the net.
The importance of the volley and smash in doubles. We will also cover the correct positions that you should start in and then move to once a doubles point begins.
