Term 1 | Wednesday Adult Beginner-Lower Improver | Southfields – Gardens Tennis Club | (5 weeks)

Our Adult Beginner – Lower Improver course give you a comprehensive introduction to tennis. We will take you through the basic swing shapes for each tennis shot (Forehands, Backhands, Volleys, Smashes and Serves).

We will also learn the fundamentals of sending and receiving in order to maintain a rally. And finally we will learn how to score by putting it all together with fun modified games and matches.

Each week we cover a specific shot and build your game up steadily. As your confidence grows then our coaches also continue to provide specific individual feedback for each player so that they can progress forward at their own pace.
