Our Adult Improver Course give you a comprehensive introduction to tennis. We will take you through the basic swing shapes for each tennis shot (Forehands, Backhands, and Serves).
We will also learn the fundamentals of sending and receiving in order to maintain a rally. We also introduce you to the concept of topspin for forehands and backhands and how to effectively move to the ball to add efficiency to your game. And finally we will learn how to score by putting it all together with fun modified games and matches.
As your confidence grows then our coaches also continue to provide specific individual feedback for each player so that they can progress forward at their own pace.
