Tuesday Adult Improvers (6 weeks). Rosendale/West Dulwich

This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by introducing a more advanced swing that allows you to hit with more spin and become more consistent by applying forehand/backhand fundamentals.

We will also cover an introduction to net play by learning how/when/where to hit approach shots and volleys.

We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently. Put all these skills together in the final week as we help you to understand how to play doubles/singles more confidently.

Finally we will give you the chance to put all this into practice using modified games and matchplay.
