Terms and Conditions

Adult & Junior Course Bookings

Places will only be reserved after full payment is received for all Adult and Junior Coaching courses. All payments must be received in full at least 24 hours before the course start-date.

  • Online payments (including Paypal, credit/debit card, online bank transfer, cheque) can be made on www.lifetime.co.uk for adults and children via EventBrite. (See below for online payment T's & C's)
  • Cheques should be made out to LifeTime Tennis Ltd and mailed (with a completed registration form if not booked via EventBrite) to: LifeTime Tennis, The Tennis Hut, Neville Gill Close, London, SW18 2GJ.
  • Bookings can be made in person at the Kings George's Park tennis hut in Wandsworth - by cheque or cash only.
  • Bookings can be made directly to a Lifetime Tennis coach on-site in Putney, before or after coaching sessions. A completed registration form must accompany cash or cheque for direct payments.

Medical Conditions

If you, or any other person that you have made a booking for, have any medical problem or disability, please tell us before you confirm your booking. You must also promptly notify us of any deterioration or adverse change in or development of any medical condition or disability. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline the booking or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.

Tennis Court Bookings

All Courts

  • Courts must be booked for a minimum of one hour.
  • Court bookings start and finish on the hour.
  • Courts must be paid for prior to start of play.
  • Courts cannot be used for coaching purposes of a commercial nature by any individual or organisation other than Lifetime Tennis.

Putney Courts

  • Courts can be booked on the day of play at Loo Loo’s Café during opening times – usually 10:30am to 5pm.

Wandsworth Courts

  • Telephone tennis court bookings for Wandsworth can be made up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done by calling the bookings office on 0208 875 0570. Office hours for telephone bookings: 3pm-8pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-8pm (Sat-Sun)
  • If courts are available, it is possible to turn up and play on the day.

Online Bookings

All our website financial transactions are handled through our event booking provider, EventBrite, who use Paypal and Google Checkout as their payment services providers. You should only provide your personal information to EventBrite after reviewing the EventBrite, Paypal and Google Checkout T's & C's and privacy policies.

Please see here for EventBrite's Terms and Conditions. Both LifeTime Tennis and EventBrite do not share, sell, or give away your information to third parties. Your privacy is important to us. Refer to our privacy policy for further information.

Please carefully read your confirmation invoice, email and all other documents we send you as soon as you receive them. Contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later.

Prices

The tennis course and court booking prices quoted on our website and in our flyers or verbally to you are to the best of our knowledge correct at the time of publication.

We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your course registration or court booking is confirmed. We will advise you of any changes or errors of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking.

Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen course at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors on the website and/or flyer before and after bookings have been confirmed. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.

The following changes to booked courses may be made:

  • a change of day
  • a change of starting time
  • a change of location

Junior Term-Time Courses

A child's place is reserved when full payment is received by Lifetime Tennis.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date.

If due to bad weather more than one class is cancelled, the participants are offered either:

  • The opportunity to attend a class running on another day of the week if places are available,
  • or
  • A credit note to the value of the classes cancelled to be used towards a future term of coaching.

Lessons will continue in light rain and will only be cancelled in the event of heavy/constant rain. The bookings office should be called if there are any doubts over the weather.

Courses may be cancelled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Junior Holiday Camp

A child's place is reserved when full payment is received by Lifetime Tennis.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the Camp start date.

If, due to bad weather, less than 4 days of the camp are completed Lifetime will refund

  • £24/day for Full Day Camps
  • £13/day for Mini Red Camps
  • £8.30/day for Tiny Tots Camps

If heavy rain is predicted for the whole session Lifetime reserves the right to cancel, as we do not have the facilities for wet weather activities.

Courses may be cancelled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Adult Courses

Damages, Loss and Injury

Damage caused whilst on the grounds is chargeable to the offender(s).

To the extent permitted by law, LifeTime Tennis will not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred during play on the Grounds in any weather/ground conditions.

LifeTime Tennis accepts no liability for damage to, or loss of, any property or articles or things whatsoever, placed or left on the Grounds by any person or organisation.

Complaints

Should you have a problem or complaint at any time, report it immediately to one of the LifeTime Tennis Coaches concerned who will endeavour to rectify matters immediately. If you remain dissatisfied, please write to LifeTime Tennis at:
