Junior Holiday Camp Program, Running Weekly from 16 July – Week 18th – 27th August

Our camps aim to create a fun, dynamic and competitive environment for kids to play in.

The morning sessions will run as per below, afternoons will be similar with a longer competition element – this is something we are finalising and I want your input on ideas for this.

Day 1

10-10:15am Warm Up  

10:15 – 11:30am Ground strokes recap

11:30am – 12 noon Competition Zone

Introduction to competition (10min) Actual Comp (20min)

12-1pm Lunch

1-1:30pm – Multi – Sport warm up

1:30pm 2:15pm – Shot of day re-cap

2:15 – 3pm – Matchplay

Day 2

10-10:15am Warm Up  

10:15 – 11am Ground strokes recap

11am – 11:40am New Shot Focus: Serve Day

11:40a.-12noon Competition Zones

12-1pm Lunch

1-1:30pm – Multi – Sport warm up

1:30pm 2:15pm – Shot of day re-cap

2:15 – 3pm – Matchplay

Day 3

10-10:15am Warm Up  

10:15 – 11:15am Ground strokes recap/Serve

11:15am – 11:40am New Shot Focus: Volley & Smashes Day

11:40am-12noon Competition Zones

12-1pm Lunch

1-1:30pm – Multi – Sport warm up

1:30pm 2:15pm – Shot of day re-cap

2:15 – 3pm – Matchplay

Day 4

10-10:15am Warm Up  

10:15 – 11:15am Ground strokes recap/Serve/Volley & Samshes

11:15am – 11:40am New Shot Focus: Tactics and gameplay styles

11:40am-12noon Competition Zones

12-1pm Lunch

1-1:30pm – Multi – Sport warm up

1:30pm 2:15pm – Shot of day re-cap

2:15 – 3pm – Matchplay

Day 5

10-10:15am Warm Up  

10:15 – 10:30am Stroke recap and tournament preparations

10:30am-12noon – Tournament

12-1pm Lunch

1-1:30pm – Multi – Sport warm up

1:30pm 2:15pm – Shot of day re-cap

2:15 – 3pm – Matchplay
