The beginner classes provide a way for adults to learn the basic skills of the game in a welcoming, dynamic and fun environment.
Players who have completed the beginner course and feel ready for more advanced coaching can move into the improver course. The LifeTime play and learn philosophy aims to get players into game play scenarios right from day one while also learning basic technique.
Beginner course overview
Phase 1: Warm-Up, footwork, co-ordination, ball & racquet skills exercises
Phase 2: Progressive technical instruction on the Stroke(s) of the Day
Phase 3: Dynamic drills involving Stroke of the Day and stroke combinations
Phase 4: Modified game play situations and match play.

Wet Weather Policy – Before booking on to a course please be aware that as per the Terms and Conditions – no make up sessions or refunds are offered unless more than one session is canceled due to bad weather. For this reason lessons will go ahead in light rain.
Missed Classes - No make up classes or refunds will be offered in the event that a player cannot make a class.
