Players who have completed the beginner course and feel ready for more advanced coaching can move into the improver course.
Ladies course overview
- Improver to Advanced Level
- 4-6 players per coach
- 1 hour of drills & 1 hour of organized match-play
- Drills are fast paced and dynamic
- Themed Sessions ranging from defensive drills to attacking the net
- Lots of rallying and match play scenarios
- Great for improving fitness and footwork
- Meet a new group of players of a similar level
- Groups divided according to level of ability
